Psychedelic-assisted experiences have been shown to bring profound healing, insight, and personal transformation. Psilocybin, the active ingredient in truffles, has been widely studied for its potential to reduce anxiety, ease depression, process trauma, and reconnect people with meaning and purpose.
While many people experiment with psychedelics recreationally, the deepest benefits often arise when the experience is held in a safe, intentional, and supportive setting. This is what a guided psychedelic retreat in the Netherlands offers:
In the Netherlands, psilocybin truffles are legal, making it one of the few countries in Europe where guided psychedelic experiences can take place openly and responsibly. This legal framework allows us to create retreats that are safe, transparent, and grounded in both science and spirituality.
A meaningful psychedelic journey begins well before the actual session. Preparation helps your mind, body, and spirit enter the retreat in the best possible state.
I offer one-to-one therapy sessions (online or in person) before every retreat. These sessions help you:
Every retreat is carefully structured to provide safety, depth, and transformation.
We begin by building trust within the group. Sharing circles, grounding exercises, and intention setting create a strong foundation for the journey ahead.
After each ceremony, we gather to share insights, emotions, and experiences. This group reflection helps participants understand and anchor what has surfaced.
While private one-to-one psychedelic sessions are available, retreats offer something unique.
For many, the group dynamic itself becomes as healing as the psilocybin experience.
A psychedelic journey can reveal profound insights, but without integration, they may fade. That’s why I provide ongoing integration support after every retreat.
Integration sessions help you:
Psychedelic retreats may be beneficial for those who:
Please note: Psychedelic retreats are not suitable for everyone. A health screening ensures safety, and those with certain medical or psychiatric conditions may not be able to participate.
I am a certified facilitator through Grof Legacy Training (GLT), trained in Holotropic Breathwork and Psychedelic Therapy. My approach combines psychotherapy, trauma healing, energy work, and transpersonal psychology.
I have worked with hundreds of individuals across Europe, supporting them in expanded states of consciousness for healing, insight, and transformation.
My role is to provide a safe container, guide the process with experience and care, and ensure every participant feels supported before, during, and after the retreat.
1. Are psilocybin retreats legal in the Netherlands?
Yes. Psilocybin truffles are legal in the Netherlands, and our retreats take place in full compliance with local law.
2. Do you provide psilocybin in the UK?
No. Psychedelics are illegal in the UK. My retreats are conducted only in the Netherlands or other legal settings. In the UK, I only offer integration services.
3. Do I need experience with psychedelics?
No. Many participants are complete beginners. Preparation sessions and group support ensure that everyone feels safe and ready.
4. What if I have a difficult experience?
Challenging experiences can arise. As trained facilitators, we provide grounding, reassurance, and therapeutic support to help you process safely. Often, these moments lead to the deepest breakthroughs.
5. Will I be safe?
Yes. Safety is at the core of every retreat. Participants are screened for suitability, facilitators remain present at all times, and the retreat space is carefully managed to support your wellbeing.
6. How do I prepare?
Before the retreat, you’ll take part in one-to-one sessions with me. You’ll also receive guidelines on diet, mindset, and self-care to ensure you are fully prepared.
7. What happens after the retreat?
Integration support is offered to help you anchor your insights into daily life. Many participants find that this is the most important part of the process.
A psychedelic retreat is not just about an altered state — it is about reconnecting with yourself, healing old wounds, and stepping into life with clarity, freedom, and purpose.
If you feel called to explore this work, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can prepare you for a safe, profound, and life-changing journey.
