NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Breakthrough Coaching day/s are intense coaching sessions – usually a full day but I also provide the option to extend the session to 2 days. They are designed to meet your specific needs and are highly personalised, as they are developed to allow anyone to work towards personal goals faster and more effectively. The sessions are designed to elicit your personal values and to modify the meta-programs that support any of your self-limiting beliefs. This process will either change your personal/career values, or reprioritise them, allowing for a different vision of the world to appear. This new vision will create a momentum that will push you significantly further towards your goals in a short period of time. A typical Breakthrough Coaching session might be structured as follows:
- 1hr Consultation.
- 3 x 2hrs Coaching with emotional reset. Usually on a Mon-Wed-Friday.
- 1 x 7-hour Breakthrough Day (The following week).
- 1 hr Review (A week after).
What are NLP Breakthrough sessions for?
NLP breakthrough sessions are longer, intense sessions focussed on making significant progress and producing noticeable changes in ways of thinking, resolving problems, and tackling issues by breaking down barriers to progress and growth. NLP Breakthrough sessions relieve you from anxieties and crippling doubts while invigorating your motivations towards your life goals, with empowerment and confidence.
Breakthrough sessions are an alternative to a series of smaller sessions and are suitable for individuals with extremely busy lifestyles, or people who would prefer to focus on issues for a longer, extended session.
These sessions are particularly suitable for dealing with Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Self-Confidence, Self-Acceptance, Career Development, Relationships and Motivation to name just a few.
