I am a certified master practitioner of TLT – Time Line Therapy, a Clinical Hypnotherapist (Hypno-CBT), a Havening Techniques practitioner and International Trainer, with years of experience in life coaching, mental well-being, self-development, and mindfulness teaching. I am passionate about helping people overcome complex traumas, PTSD, depression, anxiety, phobias, and fears, and empowering them to achieve their personal and professional goals.

As a therapist, I help clients to emotionally disconnect from negative past experiences and heal from verbal, mental, and physical abuse. As a life coach, I support my clients’ development by removing self-limiting beliefs, and working with them on their future goals and outcomes. I also provide mental health consulting and mindfulness teaching to individuals and organizations. I am committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate services that enhance the well-being and happiness of my clients.
